Andriy Panasenko, Founder

Andriy is the Founder and Managing Director of Renaissance Advisory. A senior strategy and transformation adviser with 25+ years of experience at Accenture Strategy, PA Consulting, Roland Berger and BCG (on the client side), he brings direct Private Equity exposure (Investcorp, AIAC) and strong delivery track-record in advisory to help PE sponsors and portfolio companies lift EBITDA, multiply cash and improve growth momentum. He does that through adaptability called to navigate complexity and pulling value creation levers such as cost reduction, finance transformation and post-merger integration.

Andriy has worked with multinationals and mid-market businesses across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and is known for his flexibility to meet international client requirements, calm delivery, clear governance and data-led benefits tracking. He holds an MBA (Finance) from London Business School and earlier Diplomacy and International Relations degrees from the Kyiv Institute of International Relations.

Mark Palmer, Senior Business Advisor and Mentor

Mark Palmer is an experienced and recognised business executive, advisor, coach and mentor. He brings international senior executive exposure from Valeo, the French multi-national automotive group, where he worked across US, UK and French locations leading adoption of the Toyota Production System. In 2001, he joined OEE, a boutique management consulting start-up, where he became MD a few years later. Mark later led the trade sale of OEE to Webhelp SA (a French BPO & LBO).
